Looking for supportive friends

Hello! Ive been off and on MFP for years. I was recently diagnosed with Non Fatty Liver Disease and.need to start living a healthier life. Im a huge emotional eater and have been struggling emotionally lately. So the emotional eating is out of control lately. I have very little local support so I am looking forward to meeting new friends!
