I recently switched over from Cronometer to track my data in MyFitnessPal, and I'm looking for a way to see my weekly calorie average:
Is there a way to see trends over the last week, month, etc. with your average calories for the selected about of time?

On the website, you can go to Reports > Charts, and then select calories. There isn't an average shown though.
On the app, you can go to the food diary, tap on the pie chart icon at the top, and then switch to the weekly view.0
