If you have a public diary and don’t mind sharing, drop a comment below because I’d love to follow you. I find charting all day gives me the most success in losing weight, and I love seeing other ideas. Repetition has been successful for me in the past, but I’m finding this time around adding new things more frequently keeps me more satisfied. ☺️

Mine is open. I have 1,280 calories+ exercise to lose at a rate of 0.5 lbs/wk. Eat at McDonald’s everyday and eat a lot of the same things each day because lactose intolerant. Will have emotional? binges or maybe just hungry because I never count my calories from strength training(5x/wk).0

I'm open too! Though I tend to add a hodepodge of ingredients for whatever I've cooked instead of creating recipes, so it can be a lil difficult to figure out what I actually ate.0

Mine is open. I eat between 1700 and 1900 calories per day and make everything from scratch, with a focus on getting a wide range of fruit and vegetables.0

Hi, maybe someone here can help me out - Whenever I try to look at anyone's shared diary, it doesn't work out for me. At least on the website, I don't use the app too much. I click on the profile link on a thread, and go to the user's super basic profile, click the "MY Fitness Pal Profile" button, and I am always taken to a "Page Not Found" error page. Am I doing this wrong or is it an app only feature?0

@ethelbonnie There is currently a bug in that link. Here's the work around....
Copy the user name.
Go to the home page and click on Friends
Then click on Email
Then click on Find Members
Now you can enter the user name and find the member's page
It used to be when you click community it went to this tab and you would have to click on message boards but with one of the recent updates the links got weird. Hopefully mfp fixes it again but until then this is how to find and add other members as friends.

Mine is open but would be confusing because I use a lot of stored meals and recipes, and I have an unusually high calorie allowance due to high activity.
