This is just an idea, but I wanted to see what people thought about it first.
I want to lose some weight by end of June and with gyms closed in my area and being unable to workout with friends in real life, I thought a virtual workout group would be interesting.
It would be done via video (like zoom on our phones) and we could just mirror it to our TVs. Something that would be fun to fo a couple times a week. I would be fun fun and free way to stay motivated. We could do HIIT workouts, kickboxing, strength training, yoga, or basically anything else.
What do you think?
