Hi,

I am new to the site,love what I see. I am from Georgia, I am 50 years old and need to shed about 60 pounds. Just started some walking and exercise dvds.

    Hi! My name is Chris and I am trying to loose the same amount as you and I am in the same age bracket. I am trying to figure out how to introduce myself and start getting mail. I am not very computer literate. It's nice to have a group of people to talk too and who understand how hard it is to loose weight
