Hi all! New here.../wave

I just turned 64 and am down to my last 10-25...not sure yet. I have been on a simple letting go of things I don't need any more mission. This has included pounds 230 through 140 over the past 3 years. I am discovering that healthy weight maintenance really has nothing to do with the food itself so I am trying to allow the journey to be a reflection of better life choices.

I have always been the queen of shrinking and swelling so this time I am doing things a little differently. I have found that focusing on a symptom or manifestation of my own faulty belief systems leaves me simply filling a gaping hole. On the other hand, if I dive into those belief systems and find the faulty or worn-out wires and disconnect what needs to go, and reconnect to what is actually helpful.
