This is my first time posting in the community and I feel this is a great place to obtain the motivation I need. I have been a MFP member for years but always stopped after a couple of months. However, this is my year, Nov 2, 2021 I started logging and working out again (but took December off) so I will use my starting weight there.
SW: 280
CW: 250 yay!
1st GW: 190
2nd GW: 150
This week I would like to lose 4 pounds.
This month I would like to lose 16 pounds.
I'm 33 and standing tall at 5'11" with a long way to go. I have never been successful losing the 100+ pounds I have been carrying for the past 10 years. Lately, I have been diving into health and fitness which has me extremely motivated. Unfortunately, I don't have a great support system and may be driving my household members crazy. I would really like to make some like-minded friends on MFP for the support and encouragement. I can be hard headed and blunt, but I'm great at supporting and encouraging others. I wish you all the best this year and I hope you all reach your goals!
