Professional help....

I have been on MFP since January this year, going to the gym as religiously as I can, more so with the last month and working out 4 days a week on the elliptical. I have only lost 15 lbs. I am following my diet to a T and struggling so much with loosing my weight.....I think it is time I find professional help but where do I start? Thank you in advance everyone.

    You may not be eating enough if you work out hard. I need to see your diary to make that evaluation. too little food will prevent you from losing weight. Are you losing inches - i.e. toning muscle/building muscle? your weight loss so far may be more, but muscle weighs heavier and so gives the impression that youre not losing.
