How to add Caroline Girvan workout on the app

I’ve been doing Caroline Girvan home workouts but i don’t know how to add it to the diary. It’s both cardio and strength. I don’t have a personal fitness device to calculate the calories burned but I’d like to get as closer to satiate as possible when tracking what I’m doing.

I don’t know sugar to call her workouts.

    But to add your workouts, just used one of the "aerobics" ones...the strength part of cardio/strength type workout routines don't burn many calories.

    Just pick one (there are several in the database with varying levels of exertion/effort.) Use that one for a month and see how your weight changes match up. Change it if it's not working. That's what we all have to do with most exercises other than easily tracked ones like biking, running, walking.

    Hi - I like them, too. I input them as circuit training. Perhaps not ideal, but it works for me.
