Hi everyone , back on MFP after piling on 3.5 stone since covid hit and finally deciding to do something about it. Im a 44 year old male , type 1 diabetic from Dorset, UK. Would be great to speak to others in a similar situation and on the hunt for a gym buddy if there is anyone local. Please feel free to get in touch
