Hi Everyone! Just wanted to say that THIS WORKS! I am down 35 Pounds since October 10th 2021! About 11.5 pounds per month. I have worked out and logged my food every day since then. (Even when I BLEW IT calorie-wise! Which was actually fairly often!) Trust that you will lose weight if you just take the action!

    I completely agree with you. I started this on February 7 of this year and just weighed myself on March 8 and found that I lost 10 pounds so far. Simply by tracking my food intake and exercising. It’s a great inspiration to keep exercising and eating healthy. Keep Rockin!
