I am plateauing with weight loss

I’ve only been doing this a few weeks and the last week I’ve gained back a pound. I’ve lost 4 lbs overall which I know sounds good but why did I gain a pound back? I’ve been SO good. I’ve logged every single morsel I’ve eaten, eaten extremely healthy with mostly fruits and veggies and lean protein, also some healthy grains like oatmeal and quinoa but not too much, and I’ve ramped up my exercise a lot. What the heck?? I usually come in right at or under my calorie allotment. Help!

Weight loss is never linear, if you expect it to be, you will end up extremely frustrated.
What the scale does day to day and week to week is mostly related to water fluctuations, which can fluctuate MASSIVELY. I gained 6lbs of water weight from one day of eating processed food a few weeks ago.
