Any Night Shifters willing to share healthy eating habits?

I tend to eat breakfast and lunch at home. I have one meal during my entire 12 hour and drink lots of water and/or coffee. This works really well for me. I'm not too tired by the end of the shift. I purposely bring only 1 food item to work. But at home, where food is abundant, I put on the weight that I just lost. It's a very annoying yo-yo. I'm a night shift nurse. How do others keep from eating or how do you stay slim.
