Time to Break the Cycle!

Hello on-line friends! Its time to get my **** together and stop eating like im 15! I am quite active and exercise regularly but I have a terrible diet and like to drink beer. I am going to start by cutting out fast food, and eliminating white sugar. I have cut down on drinking beer, have found a few lower calorie solutions already...moosehead's cracked canoe in Canada is pretty good, and still resembles a normal beer. Most importantly I have found a spark to succeed! Looking forward to feeling healthy again! Take care
