I joined my fitness pal on Jan. 10,2022 and I'm so excited. I am tracking everything I eat and drink. I want to really do this and I am not going to quit.i realize this will take dedication, determination,and will power. And it is for a better me.

  • Welcome to MFP. If I can share a piece of advice from my 30 years of the yo-yo dieting hamster wheel. We all have the ups and downs and the one things that I learned is to get back up and keep going when I stumble. When I thought I wasn't going to have stumbles, I was really disappointed when I did and, in the past, was a trigger to give up. Now I reflect on what led up to the stumble and what I can do differently.
