Hi all! I’m Angie and I’ve just rejoined. I have a weight loss goal set by my physician in November of 70 pounds in the next 2 years. I am down 9 pounds in the past month and a half. I am currently following the Mediterranean diet and love it! I need to incorporate low impact exercise into my day. I have a herniated L5 and bulging disc L4. My friend and I will be trying hot yoga. Any feedback or suggestions are appropriated! Thank you 😊
