Hello All,
I started using the app to achieve better health. My main goal is to feel better. I want to see if diet can help with cognitive decline. I am using the diary so I know exactly what I eat and how it effects me. I want to get fewer headaches. I want to have more energy after my workouts. Currently I feel good for 1 hour after, but then I kind of crash. I have worked behind a desk my whole life so I have lost a lot of muscle mass. I would like to build a little more muscle to look toned. Now that I am 64, I find it difficult to build muscle.
