Hi, I'm Dogpaws4ever, or Ronnie, and this group helped me lose a lot of weight about six years ago. After some Major health issues a year later, I've only just checked in over the years.
Now I'm finally ready to get back to the business of losing the weight I've gained back and feeling better.
I'm 62 now and looking for those in my surroundings age group as a cheerleading group for support.
