Unique Chicken Wings Recipe

So my neighbors and I are having a chicken wing cookoff this weekend and I like to have recipes that are different. I was thinking of trying to put together a peanut butter jalapeno sauce for my wings, but I was curious if anyone here has any suggestions of other things to try.

I air fry my wings, but this Vietnamese caramel/fish sauce on them. Also known as Pok Pok wings.
