How do I input my recipe in grams or kilos? Why can I only make it in single portion size

If you consider the serving size one gram, then weigh the entire recipe to determine how many grams it is, and list the weight of the recipe in grams as the number of serving sizes. So, a 457g finished recipe would be 457 servings. Then you can easily weigh out your individual portion and log it. You just need to weigh the empty cooking vessel first to tare it properly, or keep a list of the weight of the empty pots and pans and bowls you use. I keep a “note” on my phone with a photo of them on the scale to keep it simple.
I do this, except often record it as “Per100g” and include that in my recipe name to remind me, for leftovers or if I freeze it. Soups I record more often as “per13 or 14 Oz” because that fits in the jars I use for those portions, just habit.0
