Email address bug !!!

Hi, I had to create a new account and upgrade to premium in order to be able to post this in the community forum.

I have tried everything but no matter how IK try, it wont accept my email address.

1/ I cant sign up as new with my email address as it tells me this email is already in use....
2/ I can ask for a password reset for this email address and the process of changing the password says it succeeded, but that password never works, so I cant log in
3/ I even changed my Facebook default email address to the email address I want to use so that I could try to log in and register using Facebook, but this wont work either, the last step wont proceed, or it loops back to the start (on both web or app)
4/ With this new account I created (with another email address i have) I cant add this email as contact email or change to the email address I want.

I have tried, clearing the caches of all browsers, using several browsers, restarting the pc, adding and removing the app, I tried registering on the app I even tried another computer.. but anytime that one email address is used it just wont process.. its like it must be corrupted on their server or something.. support is no help as they send generic "this is how to reset a password" emails... maybe premium support will be different?

I am happy to keep the new account and start afresh and keep premium... but I want it to use the email address I use each day.

Any ideas?

Edit - bloody hell... 4 hours wasted... so the new account I just created and signed up to premium, I did manage to change it to the email address I wanted to use - and then logged out and wanted to log back in, and now cant, so the new account now has the same issue, so I have two premium accounts... both being charged and I cant access either (if I ever close this tab).. this is insane.. where is support?

    I just tried again to add the email I want to the new account I just created - and I was met with this message
    EMAIL ADDRESSES ARE DISABLED. YOU CAN ONLY ADD AN EMAIL ADDRESS IF YOU ARE AN ADMINISTRATOR.
