Not new but back again!

Used MFP to drop over a hundred pounds a few years ago (285>174) was in the best shape of my life then corona and my wife giving me another beautiful daughter changed my priorities (Turned my home gym into a nursery and then covid closed the actual gym... lol) gained a few dad pounds (ok, more than a few) so I'm back here to track my food and stay consistent.
I started about 6 weeks ago just changing my diet back to what it should be (cut out all processed foods, cut out coffee and then tapered carbs back down to..well zero) and am currently doing carnivore (which works great for me) and IF. Super easy to adhere to and no cravings, energy spikes or lulls.
Have been back in the gym for a week and a half and getting back into my old routine, just with less weight for now. I am currently down 16 pounds with about 30 left to go.
Lets go!
