Clothes feeling tighter

So, I've lost 30+ lbs so far.
But over the past few days; I've noticed an issue.
My pants and panties are feeling much tighter around my waist and gut than they did before; leaving angry muffin top and rolls! It's awful.
I'm not really doing weight training. Just cardio and changed my eating habits. I consume about 10 cups of water/day, I don't eat high sodium foods or add salt.
I don't consume sugary foods or added sugar.
I'm feeling so discouraged.
Why are the clothes suddenly tighter? The nice thing is, the scale hasn't increased.
I've lost about 1 inch on my waste, which is to be expected. Its only 30 lbs.
But WHY do my pants and panties feel so tight? I feel so embarrassed. And I'm so jiggly now too. I can feel it when I walk.

If this is a change from just the past few days, you're probably just retaining water.
Did you change up your exercise routine recently? Are you due for your period? Are you sure about your sodium and carb intake? Did you piss off any spooky old ladies recently?
OK, that last one is a joke, but my point stands. You're retaining water, bodies be like that sometimes, you'll whoosh soon.6
