Fiber!

I need some good fiber supplement recommendations. I feel like it would really help me keep water weight off and keep things more balanced with the changes in my diet. I prefer pill form because I hate drinking stuff with that weird artificial flavoring.
Do you guys think something as simple as "Benefiber" or "Metamucil" could be the answer? Or should I go to a vitamin and supplement store for something stronger?

I have this issue, too. I was considering something like metamucil but havent gotten around to it. In addition to trying to consume more fiber through the food I eat was taking Fiber Gummies daily for 3 months. They taste just like a gummie bear but they are sugar free and give you 5 grams of fiber a serving. It was an easy way to add fiber to my diet.
It really helped me with bloating and water weight in the beginning but I think my body got too used to it. Oddly enough, 2 weeks after I stopped taking them my body seemed to function more normal.
Drug stores like CVS or Duane Reade sell them for $14-$17 a bottle ( i dont remember how many are in that bottle) but when I went to a club store like BJ's or Costco they sold a bottle that literally has triple the gummy count in the container for $17.0 -

Foods high in potassium will probably help more with water weight than fiber. Benefiber and Metamusil are good supplements, but why not just eat more high fiber foods?0

What about food?0

By the time lunch is over I'll have had 52 grams of fiber. From food.
Quest bars are a good source of a ton of fiber. And they are tasty and relatively nutritious.0 -
Berries (other than strawberries) are a fantastic source of fiber. Also, make sure you're getting enough fat in your diet.
I don't think it's possible to put fiber in pill form, considering.0 -

I was just going to recommend the Quest bars. It's not unusual for me to get 40g+ of fibre when I have one!0 -
Also raspberries are awesome for fibre.
I have some sprouted grain english muffins that are pretty high at 6g for 150 calories too. They're really tasty.0 -
