Hi, all!
I am 28, a husband and father, and I live with Cerebral Palsy. I recently had surgery to remove a bone spur in my ankle, so I am not very mobile, and I cannot exercise very much. Doing any extended exercise causes me some pretty excruciating pain in normal circumstances, but especially so these days. I have been doing MyFitnessPal for about 3 weeks now, and I feel better than I have in a long, long time. I have a lot of energy, and I find that my body feels great, and I haven't even been doing this that long! For anyone just starting out, keep at it!
