Hi everyone I'm looking to lose at least 3 stone by counting calories and stopping eating take aways! I'm 51, have 2 boys, 3 cats and 1 dog. Looking for some pals to help me along the way xx

    Hi Kimmie, I'm looking to lose 3 stone too. Stopping takeaways is a great place to start. I'm 29 and have a cat called Nala :) xx
