Nutrition Suggestions for Anemia with Fish and weird pickle allergies

Hello,

I have (low iron deficiency) Anemia and I am also allergic to fish and pickles. Now, before I go on, I feel that must explain that I am not allergic to the cucumbers or anything else that goes into making the pickles, just the picking process (even the drs can’t explain it). And I can also have seafood (I think, I haven’t tried that. Seafood doesn’t really appeal to me, but I like crab Rangoon’s from the Chinese restaurants) But, I am wondering if there is anything I can eat instead of fish or pickles that I can still get the nutrients from and so I don’t have to worry about ending up in the hospital?

I am also a single mother of a 2 year old girl (she is my first child and I am adopted and grew up as an only child) and so far she doesn’t have any allergies, but things like apple juice and tomatoes don’t agree with her. She is also picky (unfortunately she learned that from me, so I’m also trying to change my eating habits), and I am trying to find things that we would both be willing to try. I am open to any suggestions. Thank you.
