Hello to other weight watchers

I am back to counting calories again as my weight has crept up by a stone over the last 6 months since I stopped recording my food and drink intake. My husband had open heart surgery at the end of last year so with me doing less exercise and feeding him up as he is underweight the pounds have piled on again. I am just over 11 and a half stone so I need to get back to 10 and a half.
