I had the best run today! Went further and faster than previously. I'm putting it down to reducing my runs by one a week so I can do an extra pump class. Plus I played golf on Saturday, which is usually my rest day, and unfortunately was laid low on Sunday with a migraine. Was expecting a pretty average run today... normally after a migraine I'm pretty sluggish, but I killed it. Just wanted to share the joy 😁
