This is my second time on my weightloss journey, I'm a mom of 3 and a runner. I've done 4 half marathons and hoping to train to do another in the next year.
I enjoy fishing and painting. Im looking for friends hoping we can motivate one another

    I've been an active runner and triathlete for the last 10 years and have done quite a few races at the half marathon distance. I'm quite a bit older than you, but still active in racing. I'm working on getting leaner over the winter (15-18lbs) before starting a build up to a half iron distance triathlon in July.
    I don't track foods in mfp currently, since I'm following a dietician's plan. I train 5-6 days/week during the winter, a mixture of indoor cycling, swimming and some running. I also work with a personal trainer twice per week.

    Finally, I'm a casual fly fisherman. ;)

    Glad to interact with fitness focused mfp'ers about training and nutrition.
