MY PERSONAL GOAL will be 100 miles of WALKING for February.

    I'll join you! My goal will be 100 miles in February. I've already been walking 4 miles most days and it's done wonders for my overall well being and mental health.

    Goal is 252,000 for February , average 9,000 per day (hopefully more!!)
    March 339,018 steps (average 10,936)
    April 310,068 steps (average 10,336)
    May 342,523 steps (average 11,017)
    June= 130.13 miles / 317,267 steps (average 10,576)
    July= 85.94 miles / 259,572 steps (average 8,950) partly hot weather, partly having gkids here
    Aug= 120.02 miles / 284,620 steps (average 9,181) no gkids here, but hot weather
    Sept= 122.45 miles / 298,608 steps (average 9,954) getting better, but not quite there
    Oct= 116.85 miles / 312,249 steps (average 10,073) yay, finally got back to average goal!!
    Nov= 121.4 miles / 295,060 steps (average 9,835)
    Dec= 110.76 miles / 270,299 steps (average 8,719)

    Jan. 2022= 90.54 miles / 221,904 steps (average 7,158) Covid hit, so held off treadmill walking for awhile until over it

    Late to the party for Feb, but trying to get back on track after not meeting my goals in Jan for a myriad of reasons. Just started walking again this week...tempered my "stretch" goal since I am already playing catch up from the late start this month.
