Iβm late to my own party!ππ€£ forgot to put on my details on 1st! Plonker!β¦
Anyways, I did what I though Iβd never do and joined the gym, only do 30 mins of cardio a day but I break a sweat and itβs more than I was doing 2 weeks ago, also good for mental health and somewhere to escape to, my weight jumped up and down the past 2 wks. Would like a minimum of 1lb a week this month5 -
I usually weigh in on Saturdays, so I'm going to change the days up for that. Let's have a great month!

Bad reason for a bigger loss: Covid! Tested positive Wednesday night so been home since with no exercise and low appetite. My fat percentage is going up at the same kind of rate my weight is going down, so I expect my weight will go back up when Iβm eating normally again too. So glad Iβve had three jabs so I donβt feel too awful!

A little late posting this week's update - we're on vacation!
I'm not really tracking, but we did a ton of walking yesterday and I feel like I made pretty good food choices. I don't know if I'll get around to tracking much throughout the rest of the week, but I'm going to try and continue that mindfulness so I can see the scale drop when we get home5
