Started at 216 lbs. last year on February 7th, 2021. (My Birthday-65). Dropped down to 172 lbs. by October 4th ( the day of my surgery). Lost my exercise routine and calorie counting at that point. Now weighing in at 187.6 lbs. on January 31st, 2022. Time to re-establish my full workout routine along with with calorie counting.
