I did the simple start challenge and I don't know how much protein I am supposed to have. It's says multiply your weight in kg (105) by 1.6 for weight loss, I'm not sure if the number I got is correct
My answer - 168
And if it's correct, what do I eat?
I need some guidance

Personally, I don't think we need to multiply by our weight when we're still overweight. (I don't know whether you're overweight for your preferences or not.) I think it's fine to multiply by a healthy goal weight. But sources differ on this, and I know that's what that source says.
Here's another source to compare:

And the explanation of why it calculates what it does:
https://examine.com/guides/protein-intake/
What to eat? Foods you enjoy eating, that have enough protein to make a good contribution to your daily goal, while staying within calories. This is a good source for possible protein sources:
http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10247171/carbs-and-fats-are-cheap-heres-a-guide-to-getting-your-proteins-worth-fiber-also
It links to a spreadsheet that lists many, many foods in order by protein efficiency, most protein for fewest calories.
Find things you enjoy on the list, plus find affordable/practical, and include more of those things in your eating.
Maybe take an approach of reviewing your diary every day or few, looking for things that feel not worth their calories to you personally. Reduce or eliminate those foods, replace the calories with something that better helps you meet your goals. Keep gradually tweaking your eating that way, pretty soon you'll be hitting your targets, with foods you enjoy.5
