5 lbs lost Photo Series - 2 Weeks Progress

Hello all,
This is the 1st installment of my Before & After photo series with 5 lbs of loss in between sets.
Today is the first day of my 3rd week of diet and exercise.
This installment is a little bit skewed because when I started my program on Jan 17th, I didn’t have a scale, so I literally went to a RiteAid that has a blood pressure checker machine that also has a scale. I’m not entirely sure it was accurate, but it put me at 177.1 lbs.
I bought a scale and used it for the first time this morning. My weight this morning was 168.7 lbs, which is why I’m not sure the first scale was accurate because that’s like 8 lbs of weight loss in 2 weeks, which is totally possible, but my calorie intake has been 1700 cals and I’m not sure that created enough of a deficit to lose 8 lbs.
Regardless, I said I would post pics for every 5 lbs lost so here they are.
I also took measurements and it appears I’ve lost an inch in my thighs and half an inch in my hips. So here are the stats:
Starting Weight: 177.1 lbs (Jan. 17, 2022). / Today (Jan. 31): 168.7 lbs
Height: 5'7"
Size: 14 / (Today): don’t know
Measurements -
Bust: 41 in (40C) / Today: 41 (40C)
Waist at belly button: 38 in / Today: 38 in
Hips: 43.5 in / Today: 43 in
Thighs: 26 in / Today 25 in
Jeans size: 32 / Today: don’t know
Goal Weight: 130 lbs
Goal Size: 6 pants / medium tops
Bust size Goal: 36B
Jeans size goal: 28
My mistake this morning was to take pictures with a different camera than I did 2 weeks ago. I just got a new camera and I wanted to see how things would come out. It’s a more sophisticated camera than the point-and-shoot that I used to take the first (left) photos, so it shows more detail, but the lighting is a bit dimmer.
I think I can see a bit of difference in the stomach area. From the front view, the stomach is slightly more defined, and from the side view, there is less fat overhang. The thighs do appear slimmer to me as well. There may be slightly more definition between the backs of the thighs and the glutes.
So, not a marked difference but I hope this helps.
I’m doing this both because it helps me stay on track, mark my progress, and stay motivated. Also, when I did this in late 2020 a lot of people said that it helped them.
Thank you for reading!

I can see the difference. A bit in the stomach from the front....but your upper back is smaller ..so you lost some there too..and your mid back looks smaller also.. Interesting how you lost it in different places. Keep it up1
