Am I eating enough

I eat Breakfast, lunch and dinner and sometimes snacks. I try and stick to my macros. I avoid sugars pretty much. Limit my bad carbs. I drink water. I am losing weight, I don't feel hungry, but am I doing it safely? Any thoughts?

We are going to need more information, or you'll need to open up your food diary for people to look. How tall are you, and what do you weigh now? How much do you want to lose? How many calories are you eating? How quickly are you losing? How long have you been doing this? Are you exercising? Are you accounting for exercise calories in your daily intake?
By the way, no foods are "good" or "bad". Some are more nutritionally dense than others, some are more satiating, but there is no morality associated with them, and labelling them good and bad is not helpful over the long term. Aim for balance and sustainability.7 -

How many cals are you eating? How fast are you losing and for how long?0 -
