Successes/struggles of the week: Had my best indoor AND outdoor runs this past week!
Setting myself to .5 less a week to get to my lower maintenance messed with my head a bit at first and last week was rough, but this week I am feeling motivated and happy. Just need to remember to include treats often in my logging and counts! I was focused on food as fuel solely and saying “no” to small treats is never a good idea!4 -

Successes/struggles of the week: My average weights for this past week remained on the higher end. I never quite got rid of water weight from last weekend's indulgences, and then I had takeout on Monday which spiked my weight up quite a bit again. I'm back down to 112 today, but with another takeout dinner with my boyfriend tonight, and brunch tomorrow, I expect that my weight will remain on the higher side still.5 -

Doing okay working towards the lower end of maintenance and glad I have the happy scale app to smooth out. My weight fluctuates SO much throughout the week (+/- 4 lbs on any given day despite eating mostly the same things) that seeing a regular line is really helpful.2 -

Success of the week: Not really a personal "success" per se, but a success because I made it around the year to now again. I got to see the sun set on my bike ride home from work one day this week. Might be the only day. It will set later next week, so I might be already home or past the places I can view it. It's also just a little bit light when I head off to work in the morning. The sun doesn't rise until after I get to work, but it's a little light. That will change when we reset the clocks in a few weeks, at least for another couple weeks.
Struggle of the week: I don't want to write about it.

Note for the week: My bike commute continues to be faster most days unless I'm just taking it slow which is also nice. A friend keeps giving me produce from her CSA box because she is only one person and can't eat it all. I get to cook and share some of what I cook because... I can't eat it all. Win for everyone. But it seems I'm enjoying all that food a little too much.

Success/Struggle: 1# above goal but in my range. I'm happier when it is 1# below goal. I did really well with my exercise routines after a few weeks of not doing so well. I find that my weight goes up slightly and temporary with extra exercises. I don't record trends and haven't since I started recorded my weight eons ago. Always on Monday. I am expecting a weight drop next week.1 -

My first post here. Honestly I did pretty well during the holidays staying pretty close to my 205 goal weight. Lately the dead of winter has been getting me down. Walking with my doggo is more difficult and I’ve been snacking too much. I’m making the effort to get back to food logging, controlling portion sizes and calories more. Thanks for the inspiration in this community! I don’t want to go back to the old me.4 -

Success of the week: I completed a major annual project at work. In two weeks I can certify to the State that it is complete. I only plan to do this project two or three more times before I retire. I also "invented" a delicious way to make bean patties.
Struggle of the week: My weight, while quite stable, is hovering a bit farther over my maintenance weight and weight range than I prefer.

We went out for the day on Thursday, this involved about 3 hours sitting on trains, another 2 hours in the theatre and eating a Chinese buffet meal for dinner. This did cause a brief spike up to 49.6 kg but I’m back on trend again now.1 -

Success/Struggle: Still slightly above goal (but in range). I was doing well at the beginning of the week but had a fantastic dinner with hubby celebrating our 54 wedding anniversary. It was very delicious and high in calories. Then we had the grandkids over for the weekend and my eating plans went on the wayside. It was fun days and no regrets. I just can't continue it. 😊2 -
