Hunger

I have a question about being hungry. Lately I just haven't felt hungry but I eat anyways. I don't know if this is wrong or right. I exercise 4 - 5 times a week. I try to eat balanced but I am eating and I'm not even hungry. The scale isnt' moving but I'm not hung up on that because my body is changing. Any thoughts on this? Suggestions? I find if I don't eat I start to feel dizzy. Thanks for your help. Val

    Since you're exercising, just keep eating! You need that fuel!

    Schedule times for you to eat healthy meals/snacks and just keep going. If the problem persists you may want to see a doctor.
