Super yummy dinner, low in calories and filling!

4 oz tilipia fillet, season with a sprinkle of onion salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Add 1/2 tsp olive oil to small pan and cook on medium heat about 3-4 min each side or until done. (120 cal) Also good with a squirt of lemon or lime juice at the end.
1 c brown rice Uncle Ben's fast & natural cooked in low sodium chicken broth for extra flavor (170 cal) I also added about 1.5 Tbsp of picante sauce on top of rice with some minced onion (5-10 cal)
1/2 c sugar snap peas Cooked from frozen. Just microwave 40 sec-1 min with a splash of water. Spray with FF butter spray and sprinkle on seasoning of your choice (45 cal)
This was a VERY filling dinner and super super YUMMY!!
