Firstly, "Hello" and secondly here goes with where I am. 47 years old, last two years have been working from home and have become less active. Luckily I eat well and despite my age, I still look 30 ISH (So everyone says, but I feel so unmotivated and not sleeping well. I don't need to lose weight just wanna stay motivated to daily exercise which is tough when working at a computer all day. I did some light cardio indoors and did my first resistance band work out today which I loved and I think it's what I need as I felt "the burn" and a good sense of elation and completion at the end of the work out. I just need to stay motivated. Wish me luck 😀
