Do I Eat Calories Earned From Working Out?

For starters I’ve placed myself on 1690 calories a day. I want to loose no less than 0.5 lb a week. To do so, do I eat the calories I’ve burned? It adds calories back to my daily today.

Hello, welcome - I see you're new here. That's great!
I also see that you asked this same questions in another part of the Community (which is a little confusing) and got some answers there. Rather than repeat my answer again here, I'm going to just link that other thread. I hope that's OK!

Where you did get the 1690 figure that you placed yourself on?
Was that figure a 250 calorie deficit off an average daily burn that did or did not include exercise?2
