Nine more pounds and the scale won't budge

5'4.5" Female. I came out the gate strong this year dropping 10lbs in Jan, hitting at least 10k steps every day, and eating between 12k and 14k calories a day (closer to the 12k side most days) Water consumption is also high. I've been stuck between 130.6-132 for 12 days with most days being 131.8 and 131.6. Been wanting to cut down to 122 before I start training/ working on body recomposition. Waist measurements aren't moving either and it's getting pretty disheartening. Looking to hit 122 by the end of March and maintain for my wedding at the end of June which is why the timeline's aggressive (gotta make sure I can alter the dress in time). Any thoughts on why I've been stuck for what feels like an eternity?

With so little weight to lose, it's gonna be sloooow. A pound and a half in 12 days actually sounds about right at this point. With 10 or so pounds left, I consider .5 pound/week pretty good.
Just hang in there, tighten up your logging if you've relaxed it, make sure you're getting plenty of sleep and water, etc. Otherwise, it sounds like you just need to have patience. What you're doing seems to be working fine for you, but weight loss generally slows down the closer to get to goal. Hang in there!7
