My Diet Plan : Suggestion required

Hi Folks...

I have started working out rigorously from last 20 days...i am motivated and dedicated to reach my goal this time...come what may...i was 86 Kg lost around 2.5 Kgs in last 20 days..and my goal is to reach 70 Kgs i.e loosing 14 more Kgs....but somehow my weight now seems to be stable at 83.5 Kgs for last week or so.

i understand you loose lot of water retention initially....following is my diet Plan suggest me if i should make any amends in my diet, i work out in the evening with the combination of cardio and strength exercise for around 1 hour.

Diet Plan:

Breakfast : Around 7:30 Am to 8:30 Am

1) 2 white egg
2) 1 Glass milk (Full cream)
3) Whey Protein (1 Scoop)
4) 1 Plain Paratha made with Olive Oil ( Indian Bread)
5) 1 cup of Sabzi

Pre Lunch : (12:00 to 12:30 Pm)

1) Apple
2) Pear / Orange

Lunch: (2:00 PM to 2:30 PM)

1) Salad ( Combination of Cucumber & Carrot)
2) 2 wheat Chapati ( Indian Bread)
3) 1 Cup of Sabzi

Post Lunch : (4:00 Pm to 4:30 PM)

1) Apple
2) Pear / Orange

Before Workout: (7:30 tp 8:00)

1) Glass of Milk ( Full cream)
2) 1 Banana
3) 2 Egg White
4) Whey Protein - 1 Scoop

After workout/ Dinner: 9:00 to 9:30 PM)

1) Whey Protein - 1 Scoop
2) 2 Egg White
3) 1 wheat Chapati ( Indian Bread)
4) 1 Cup Daal / Sabzi
5) Salad ( Combination of Cucumber & carrot)

Dear friends,

Kindly suggest if the above diet plan is okay or i should make any amends.....i enter all vales inn Myfitnnesspal mobile app and make sure that Calorie content is Les than 1310 ( after subtracting calories burned by working out )

    What specific items you eat are not as important as getting close to your calorie goal and macronutrient requirements. Your calorie goal should be TDEE-20%, which you can calculate here: http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/

    Try to get a gram of protein for each pound of lean body mass (not total body weight) and at least 0.35 grams of fat for each gram of lean body mass.
