Anybody else get that mid-morning "shakiness"? What is that?

I typically eat breakfast around 8:00/8:30 and eat lunch by noon. I have a 32 ounce coffee with breakfast and drink it throughout the morning. Around 10:30-11:30, soon after I finish the coffee, I start getting this weird "tired but wired" feeling - it's like one part of me wants more coffee, because I'm sleepy, but another part of me feels like I've had too much coffee - really shaky.
I don't think it's just hunger as my stomach does not feel hungry. Anyone else get this and know what it is? Dehydration? Caffeine withdrawal? Caffeine overdose?

It might be a sugar low. I have hypoglycemia. If I eat bagels pancakes/french toast with syrup or OJ I have a sugar low a 45-90 minutes later. I've avoided those items for years now. If I eat yogurt, eggs, fruit or milk I'm fine.
ETA - when I do have low blood sugar (shakes) I drink milk, eat cheese or yogurt. It helps right away and keeps me off the sugar roller coaster.0 -
I'd also suggest low Blood Sugar. I used to get that feeling when I was working, before lunch-time. It would make it hard to focus and I felt like I was in a fog. As soon as I ate something though, it would go away.0
