Re non-nsaids: I’ve been taking Sprouts Inflacalm supplements and find them helpful. The pain (post covid polymyalgia) is not as bad. I still need ibuprofen now and then, but it’s better. I also participated in the Exercise as Medicine program at my local fitness center. That’s been helpful as well, especially with the muscle pain.
