So,
I had a discussion with my scale,
It said "not only are you fat, you're pretty much a whale"
It filled my mind with great despair,
is it really time to leave my chair?
In my mind, a giant rat,
how am I to lose this fat...?
I did discuss with one good friend,
and discovered this great trend,
to log all exercise and food,
would leave me in a certain mood,
and if you have some time to spare,
look me up, you'll find me there!

Now a short introduction of my self - Dragen (Norwegian for "The Dragon") here, Norwegian, female and 35 years. I've discovered it is time to stop being lazy, and start paying attention to both diet and exercise again. Having recently started working for a new employer, I'm starting to realize how much negative stress from my previous job has affected my energy levels and overall wellbeing. Now that I'm starting to be my old self again, it is time to put in the work!
I want to loose maybe 25kg all in all, but a realistic target is more like 15. And to be even more careful, I'll be doing 5 as the first target.

I'll be trying out MFPs high protein plan, starting on Monday, as from experience this type of diet works well for me. Wanna join? Send me a pm!
