Newbie to MFP and IIFYM!

Hello everybody!

I am new to MFP, used to use another tracking app before. I am really not wanting to lose a whole lot of weight, just want to get leaner and gain more muscle. I started my "health kick" last July -- I did muay thai kickboxing to tone up for my wedding in April of this year! :) I have recently stopped muay thai kickboxing as it is expensive (not really happy about that!), however, have signed up to a regular gym ever since. I have been doing cardio and some weight lifting recently.

I have always counted caloric intake, but this time I decided to adapt IIFYM as it seems, well, sensible for me at least. This is my first week doing IIFYM and I just wanted to say hi to all of you! Please feel free to add me! I'd love to have friends to keep me motivated! :)
