Hi,
I started MyFitnessPal last year of 2021. Currently lost 3kg sporadically with this program.

I’m currently doing push/pull routines at home combined with 2 boxing 🥊 sessions a week.

Goal is to drop a small amount of fat and build muscle tone

Looking to keep up the motivation with like minded people.
