No sugar (or late night snacking) challenge

Hi,
I have been struggling with my weight ever since I went off the pill to have a baby in 2018. It was a crazy road of hormone drugs (I have pcos) but I do have a beautiful baby now. However I cannot lose all the weight I gained while on those hormone drugs and am looking for some people who want accountability.

My big issues are sugar and late night snacking (major sweet tooth), so I was wondering if anyone wanted to join me on a no sugar and no food after 7:30pm challenge?! Start with 21 days and then hopefully keep it going from there?

We could also share our weights if others are looking for weight loss. I am, as well as improved insulin levels and better sleep quality.
