Introduction

This is my introduction to these discussion forums. I have been using this app for almost a year and have had tremendous success. I lean on the app for help looking for quick alternatives to help improve the macros of my meal. Also, it is easy to use and has a nice record. After almost a year, I have lost 101 pounds but am still on my journey. Currently, I am losing focus but need to get back on track. Getting back on track needs new meal ideas and weekly prep work. If anyone has some good suggestions, I am all ears.
